Compliance Co-ordinator/Administrator

Department: Compliance

Responsible To: Compliance Director

Salary + Benefits: Dependant on Knowledge and Experience

Mon - Fri - Day Shift

We are seeking a dynamic team player to join our Clients Compliance team, supporting Learning & Development, Health, Safety, Environmental & Facilities, and Quality & Technical Departments. In this fast-paced role, no two days are alike as you navigate diverse tasks such as on-boarding subcontractors, co-ordinating training, and managing service requirements. Our Client is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Compliance Co-ordinator to join their Compliance team. This pivotal role involves providing administrative and co-ordination support for the three departments within the Compliance team: Learning & Development, Health, Safety, Environmental & Facilities, and Quality & Technical Departments. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a high degree of organizational ability and adaptability.

Purpose:

The Compliance Co-ordinator will engage in various activities, including but not limited to:

  • New Subcontractor Onboarding
  • Allocation, Monitoring & Reporting on training requirements
  • Assistance with material creation & distribution
  • Administration of Leadership & Management qualifications
  • Co-ordinating Health, Safety, Environmental & Facilities Service requirements
  • Departmental data entry & reporting (Quality check sheets, incident stats)
  • Raising and closing purchase orders
  • Booking third-party contractors for site attendance
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications and in-house systems
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Basic numeracy skills
  • Experience Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience working effectively independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to self-manage, working without supervision, as well as collaboratively with others
  • Maintaining confidentiality
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with other departments and third parties
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about learning new skills
