Working within the Membership team of a global organisation, I am currently recrutiing for an Administrator to join my clients existing team.
As an administrator, you will be responsible for:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to all areas of the organisation
Assist with general enquiries by telephone and email
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Create and update records and databases ensuring full and accurate information is
recorded
Manage meeting agendas/arrangements/appointments/travel etc.
Previous experience:
1-2 years of previous experience in a similar membership/administration/customer service role
Experience of working in a membership environment
Experience of using systems for data entry and reporting
Experience of providing and coordinating administrative support
Use of CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics
Experience of working in a busy office with a strong customer service ethos
Knowledge and understanding of GDPR
