Yeovil - hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days wfh - 9am - 5pm

Temporary to start on the 2nd April - 30th April with a possible extension

• Our client is looking for a good administrator to cover their enquiries mailbox dealing with incoming emails and forwarding these to the relevant colleague. Training would be provided and there may be a need to take some notes at meetings on occasions.
• You will also be required to answer the phone and deal with calls forwarding these on where relevant.
• You will need good general IT skills with Outlook, Word and Excel and training will be provided for their inhouse system.
• You will need good communication skills to deal with patients and families and great attention to detail is paramount.
• IT equipment is provided for working from home.
