Your new role
Your new role will be to assist and support the Customer Care Team and Area Sales Managers, with the day-to-day administration of the department and developing customer relationships and providing outstanding Customer Care.

  • Processing orders for a variety of clients.
  • Organising and managing web orders.
  • Communicate with the Planning Department regarding stock requirements for larger customers.
  • Maximise customer orders through the stock and order system.
  • Data input in preparation for a new computer system.
  • Greet visitors at reception following company procedures.
  • General Administration including: filing, shredding, scanning, email correspondence.
  • Gain a full understanding of the Stock and Planning system.
  • Updating internal excel databases
  • Communicating with the Area Sales Manager
  • Answering customer web and email queries.
  • Obtain Export documents.
  • Work with courier companies to resolve delivery issues and obtain proof of Delivery UK and Export.


What you\'ll need to succeed

  • Customer Service / Administration experience.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Professional, courteous, and friendly phone manner.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 Suite, particularly outlook and excel.
  • The ability to organise, administer, plan and prioritise tasks effectively.
