My client located in Basingstoke are seeking an experienced Administrator to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
As part of the Customer Service team, you’ll be providing administrative responses to our customers queries. Taking responsibility for resolving them in a timely and efficient way, collaborating with colleagues across the business.
This is a varied and busy role where you will be delivering the best possible outcome for our customers.
Experience Required:
– Strong administration skills- Great Customer Service and the ability to actively listen- Good computer skills as we use multiple systems- Empathy and a passion for helping people- The ability to connect and communicate with colleagues across the business
