Job description

We are working with a creative brand that supplies their design-led products into well-known retailers both here in the UK and beyond. They’re a fun, growing team and are on the lookout for an administrator with a can-do attitude and a friendly approach to join them!

You will play a key part in supporting their busy sales team with important administration - helping them with a variety of tasks, from processing orders, to sending samples.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to get into an exciting, creative company where you can really progress and develop.

Your day-to-day in this Administrator role includes:
  • Responding to enquiries from both public and trade customers
  • Processing trade sales orders (training given)
  • Monitoring and managing stock levels
  • Assisting with direct website orders
  • Maintaining and updating customer records on the CRM system
  • Assisting with event planning and trade show organisation as required
  • Generally helping the office, sales team and customer orders run smoothly
You will have the following skills & qualities:
  • A friendly, positive personality, with excellent social and organisational skills
  • Be bright, proactive, a fast learner, and able to use your initiative
  • Some previous administration experience is ideal
  • A good level of computer literacy
  • A great communicator and good listener
  • Enthusiasm for your work and a flexible attitude
  • Able to prioritise and effectively manage your own workload
  • A true team player who wants to work and progress in this fun, dynamic team!
