FIND has been instructed by a high performing education organisation to recruit three Student Administrators to join their team, due to a period of success and rapid expansion. This is a key role within the Student Services team and will work to support student across the four sites.
Based in Dudley, duties for this role include, but are not limited to-
- Support students as required pre and post admissions
- Maintain accurate student records, including attendance monitoring
- Support students with applications as required
- Act as point of first contact for all student enquiries
- Ensure high level of service to prospective applicants
For this role, the ideal candidate-
- will be highly organised and an effective communicator
- has worked in the HE or college sector in student services
- has previous student services experience
- possesses excellent attention to detail
- is able to work at the weekend and on site
- holds GCSE English or equivalent
