Administrator- Education

FIND has been instructed by a high performing education organisation to recruit three Student Administrators to join their team, due to a period of success and rapid expansion. This is a key role within the Student Services team and will work to support student across the four sites.

Based in Dudley, duties for this role include, but are not limited to-

• Support students as required pre and post admissions
• Maintain accurate student records, including attendance monitoring
• Support students with applications as required
• Act as point of first contact for all student enquiries
• Ensure high level of service to prospective applicants

For this role, the ideal candidate-

• will be highly organised and an effective communicator
• has worked in the HE or college sector in student services
• has previous student services experience
• possesses excellent attention to detail
• is able to work at the weekend and on site
• holds GCSE English or equivalent
