We are seeking an experienced Administrator with a keen interest in marketing and events to join a leading construction company based locally in Fareham. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative tasks while actively participating in marketing initiatives and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately
- Responding to client emails
- Welcoming and assisting visitors
- Typing up letters, submissions, reports, and other documents
- Creating newsletters and company marketing materials
- Generating and scheduling social media posts
- Updating online portals with relevant information
- Assisting with the organisation and coordination of events
- Sending out event emails and confirmations
- Booking meeting rooms
Skills Required:
- Previous administration experience
- Confident in using various social media platforms for marketing purposes
- Interest in marketing and event coordination
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
