JOB TITLE: Administrator - Fashion Graduate!
HOURS: 9am - 5.30pm
JOB TYPE: Full time, Permanent
SALARY: £25,000 - £28,000

Duties:
Day-to-day administration of customer service within the business, assisting customers with orders and returns
Being the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely responses
Oversee the life cycle of customer orders, from placement to delivery, ensuring a seamless experience
Ensure product inventory is meticulously managed across all third-party e-commerce platforms
Work hand in hand with our distribution team
Support the e-commerce management team in the smooth operation of daily tasks and long-term initiatives
Providing a variety of accurate reports and information for other departments
Requesting and checking of customer purchase orders, highlighting and resolving any discrepancies ahead of deliveries
Coordinating picking and despatch requirements with the warehouse team
Booking in deliveries with customers and producing any necessary labels or paperwork if required
Creating a variety of reports and sending out weekly stock lists to customers
Organising collections of stock and processing returns
Creating and maintaining sales target for the sales team
Handling complaints or order issues, escalating where necessary
Keeping accurate records of information
Reconciling seasonal purchase order requirements with Operations TeamKnowledge & Skills required
Experienced in working within a customer service based role or office based role
An interest within luxury fashion & retail!
Ability to build relationships with colleagues / clients
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Excellent written and communication skills
Basic numerical skills
Good telephone manner
Good knowledge and experience with Shopify is desirable
Good level of education - degree educated 2.1 or aboveAbout you:
