Administrator For Photography Business - 4 Month Contract

Our client, a busy photography studio in Colchester are looking for a Administrator on a contract basis until August (with the possibilty of renewing from September onwards)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join their bustling Photography Business in Colchester. As an integral part of their team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that data is collected from their large client base and uploaded on to the CRM. Someone confident on the phone, using Excel and the use of inhouse CRM's is desirable.

Due to the location, you need to be able to drive !
Key Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and handling inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
• Administrative Support: Assist with paperwork, invoicing, and maintaining client records to uphold our high standards of organisation and professionalism.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless workflow.
