The role:To provide administration support to the Business Development and Property Teams contributing to the successful delivery of a wide range of property management projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration of the new build/development care home pipeline
- Producing reports and analysis to support the site selection and project approval process.
- Liaison with internal teams and external consultants to request estimates, sketches, and market reports to ensure timely submission of development appraisals.
- Assist in the production of material for ad hoc reports.
- Diary management, expenses claim, travel and meeting arrangements, note taking.
- Assist in the administration of Contract Frameworks
- Mail merging, data collation and producing letters.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years administrative experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- The candidate should exhibit initiative and enthusiasm.
