Administrator (Hybrid)We are currently working alongside a client based in Abingdon, Oxford who are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a 3-month temp to perm basis.This position will see you support the purchasing team dealing with the following:
- Uploading and corresponding Purchase orders
- Inbox management
- Dealing with suppliers
- Updating CRM system with relevant information.
All training and support will be given.Hybrid role once full trained, 3 days in the office 2 days at home. - This role would suit someone who is looking to step into a commercial office and develop their administration skills. Requirements:
- Good attention to detail
- Articulate
- Basic understanding of Excel
- Understanding of MS program
