I have an opportunity available for an experienced Administrator to join my client on a temporary basis for 3-4 weeks initially, this may be extended.
You will have experience of working within an administration role and ideally have experience within the construction sector. Hours are 37.5 per week and will be between 8am & 5pm (Flexible with start times) with the option of an early finish on a Friday.
You will support the wider team with all aspects of administration, some of the main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting with setting up new clients and contracts on in house system
- Managing off all documentation in relation to contracts
- Creation and management of system workflows.
- Coordinate and manage paperwork for Consultants and Subcontractors
- Transferring files between internal and external systems
- Assisting with audits and generating reports.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
You will support my client on a temporary basis initially and you will be based in their office in Bellshill. This will be a busy role therefore my client is looking for someone that can work at pace in a busy working environment. To be considered for this role you must be available immediately and able to commit to a minimum of three weeks.
