Our client currently has a great opportunity for a Quality Management Administrator to join their team based in Glasgow City Centre. A keen eye for detail is essential, as the role involves reviewing existing procedures to ensure alignment with current guidelines and maintaining comprehensive documentation of procedural changes. Further responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Supporting corporate and external audits including assurance audits
- Administration of ISO standards planning, conducting, monitoring of internal audit schedules for ISO management systems
- Reviewing existing procedures to ensure they meet current guidelines and maintaining documentation of procedural changes
- Preparing performance reports
- Preparation and coordination for external audits
- Proactively audit business processes, practices and documentation
- Implementing Quality Management processes across multiple business sites
