This is a rare opporunity for a motivated and experienced Quality Manager to join our esteemed engineering team, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring and enhancing the quality standards of our products and services. As a Quality Manager, you will lead efforts to maintain compliance, implement quality control processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain quality control procedures for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Conduct thorough product inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the quality awareness and skills of team members.
- Monitor and analyze key quality performance indicators, preparing reports for management review.
- Lead investigations into customer complaints, implement corrective actions, and communicate resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; additional certifications in quality management are a plus.
- Proven experience in a quality management role within the engineering industry.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies, standards, and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Familiarity with relevant quality management systems and standards.
