Working for this well-established and respected property consultancy in their rural division as Administrator, you’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the best in the business, supporting them in a variety of ways. From projects to reporting to dealing with clients you’ll have exposure to many aspects of the business, building solid relationships and acting as a crucial asset for the team.

Salary –Up to £28,000 Per Annum 

Location – Winchester

Role Type –Full time / 9-5:30 / Mon-Fri

The Role

You’ll take charge of and offer efficient administrative support across a range of various departments such as Finance, HR, IT, and Partners. You’ll also work to maintain compliance with ISO standards in health, safety, and environmental policies.

The role includes supporting partners with office budgets, billing, and staff information, as well as producing documents such as reports and spreadsheets. 

Additional tasks cover lettings administration, diary management, organising meetings, reception duties, office spending and general office functions. The role also involves maintaining timesheets, managing expenses, and ordering stationery.
