SalaryAdministrator required in Cirencester - £12.82 per hour.
Our client, a local industry leading name, are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Administrator to join their office in Love Lane Industrial Estate, Cirencester.
The role involves contacting clients to discuss their projects, liaising with the engineering team to discuss requirements and capabilities, then formulating quotes and relating documentation.
Duties then extend to working with internal engineering/logistics/sales teams to bring the project together.
Requirements
Experience in a similar role withiin pre-sales or customer liason would be an advantage but not essential.
As a miniumum you should be:
- A team player
- Organised
- Capabale and calm under pressure
- Clear communicator at all levels
- IT Literate - Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Comfortable drafting documents
This is a temporary to permanent role, transferring to a permanent contract after 13 weeks.
The job operates Monday to Friday; 8am until 5pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
The rate of pay is £12.82 per hour
