Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a Food Manufacturing business based in Alton. This is a full-time, temp to perm position.
Responsibilities as an Administrator:
- Greeting customers and ensuring all paperwork is completed e.g. ID verification for all visitors
- Receiving incoming calls and directing them to relevant departments
- Preparing any postal requirements
- Monitor the company's inbox daily
- Search and price various items from current and new suppliers
- Carry out any filing in an accurate and timely manner
- Supporting the finance team with purchase orders / order receipts / report running / reconciliation of data as required
Requirements:
- Available immediately
- Confident IT user
- Previous experience working as an Administrator
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must have own transport
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This Administrator position is working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm with a 30-minute lunch break. This Position is paying 11.50 per hour.
