Administrator

As a Junior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative operations. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to start their career in administration and grow within a reputable company. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth running of our office and support the needs of our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
• Maintain office supplies and handle orders when necessary.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records and databases.
• Provide support for special projects and events as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
