Our leading professional services client based in Croydon are seeking a motivated and customer focused candidate to work within their legal function as an Administrator. Working as part of a team in a highly successful department, you will play a key role in responding to customer queries via both email and telephone and dealing with pre-contractual enquiries.

Primary Responsibilities
Pre-Sale Enquiries:
- Process all solicitors' enquiries on property disposal
- Generate invoice for pack
- Generate solicitor's pack
- Attend to additional enquiries from vendor and purchaser's solicitors, liaising closely with the estate manager and finance department
Re-Mortgage Enquiries:
- Responding to all re-mortgage enquiries directly with the mortgage company or the owners' solicitors
Experience needed:
- Proven administrative experience (phone and email)
- Legal/Law Graduate (desireable)
- Experience within the conveyancing/property sector (desireable)
- Keen to learn new processes and develop new skills
- Organised, motivated and able to work well under pressure when needed
- Competent IT skills an able to learn new systems
- Local to the area or within reasonable commute
- Customer focused with excellent communication skills
