This is a full-time position with the ability to work hybrid (x2 days at home), after the first few months.
You will have experience working within a fast-paced HR environment with knowledge of payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out key administrative based duties, supporting the smooth running of the department, regarding HR, office activities, payroll, and policies and procedures
- Oversee the full employee life cycle, including drafting offer letters, contracts, and all onboarding documents
- Oversee the onboarding experience of all new starters
- Administration of monthly payroll for both sites
- Managing the HR team inbox ensuring all responses are flagged for the relevant team member
- Assisting with internal employee correspondence
- Maintaining HRIS system
- Coordinating all employee changes (transfers and promotions), completing the relevant documents
- Support internal processes such as performance and salary reviews, reward schemes, and seasonal events
- Maintaining employee records and manage missing or expired paperwork
- Maintaining confidentiality within all aspects of the position
- Experience working within a fast-paced HR environment
- Knowledge of payroll process and up to date employment law
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Adaptable and a strong communicator
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Experience of HiBob (HRIS system)
- Experience of Paycircle (Payroll System)
