Reed are seeking an Administrator to join a highly established, family-run business in Cheltenham. This permanent role is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is keen to ensure that all business administration is carried out efficiently and customer needs are fully met.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Filing and maintaining accurate client information.
- Utilising Sage software for various administrative tasks.
- Recording and processing orders with attention to detail.
- Generating quotes and looking at costings to support business operations.
- Answering the phone and handling queries in a professional manner.
- Collaborating with a small team to ensure smooth administrative functions.
- Demonstrating flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Familiarity with Sage software is highly advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- A flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to the needs of the business.
