Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide support on the day-to-day operations to our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills who is comfortable working from home.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform administrative and clerical duties to assist the Property Managers Team
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages as needed
  • Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely manner
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed
  • Prepare and edit documents with both word and excel templates, including but not limited to reports, checklists, agreements, offer letters, proposals and light presentations
  • Assist with basic project management tasks, including research and coordination; quotes inquiries; payments follow ups, write project statements reports; etc
  • Assist with real estate operational tasks, including research, leads calls and listing; inform the team of any updates and write transaction and other technical reports; etc
  • Daily interact with agents, contractors, tenants and coordinate with the property managers team, ensuring that every property lives up to expectations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned  

 

9-5 Monday – Friday
