Jobsworth Recruitment Solutions are currently looking for an Administrator to join our busy team in Halesowen.
We are looking for someone with an interest in recruitment or previous background within a busy, fast paced environment.
This position is flexible on hours and happy to consider both full time or part time hours. Perfect position for working parents. At Jobsworth we pride ourselves on development and progressing within our business and will offer employees the opportunity to progress.
The position requires clear and concise communication between colleagues, candidates and clients, with an emphasis on recording all information. All verbal instruction or communication should be committed to written form in the way of text message, group message, CRM notes or email in a timely and legible manner.

The position
To include but not be limited to the following.
Placing and sometimes creating job Ads to meet the changing needs of your client base. To take ad response from job ads, logging these accordingly. Using the CRM and Job boards, Forums, social media etc to highlight the fact that Jobsworth has vacancies, and to manage pro–actively the response that comes in from your various media offerings. To gain knowledge of each role you advertise so that you can offer information to potential candidates and manage their questions in a confident and personable manner To learn about the legislation and rules surrounding employing people from countries other than the UK. To have a knowledge of restrictions and minimum wages for differing age groups. To be confident and organised with paperwork and documentation at a face–to–face interview, fully understanding the compliance needed to on board the candidate. Housekeeping and maintaining records of all jobs placed and the response and costs for analytical data on a weekly basis. Uploading of all candidates on to the CRM, checking all compliance requirements are meet, challenging team members on missing information that is required for candidate compliance. Calling through and completing first phone call interviews on large recruitment drives. Filtering and passing suitable candidates over to consultants to be progressed.
