This is a busy and varied role where the successful team will help you settle and become a valued member of the business. You will be hardworking, confident, reliable and adaptable with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in both numeracy and literacy.
You will have experience in;
- Have a proven record in similar previous admin/accounts or PA positions
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills on the phone, hosting of clients and suppliers, order processing, data entry, filing, C/Card processing and all general office skills
- Be used to using your own initiative to prioritise your daily tasks and have good organisational skills
- Greet new & existing clients that come into the showroom and take new possible leads
- Liaise with cleaners and trades persons to keep the branch meticulously maintained
- Receive and check in small parts deliveries into our small warehouse & PC system
- Have had experience of renewing Utilities such as gas, water, electric, phones & copiers ETC.
Based in Cadnam, own transport would be beneficial.
Starting salary of £22K, 28 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Working hours 9.30am – 5pm
