Working Hours: Full-time, Hybrid Role (1 day work-from-home per week)
We are collaborating with a client affiliated with one of the world's largest shipping companies to recruit an Administrator for their recruitment team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing administrative support to clients and ensuring the smooth operations of the business.
Ideal for a graduate aspiring to enter the administrative field with a specific interest in yachts/shipping or an experienced professional within the industry seeking a harmonious work/life balance.
The Administrator duties include:
- Obtaining verbal and written reference checks
- Undertake background checks on staff, via a third-party vetting agent.
- Assist in the maintenance and development of the recruitment website page.
- Maintain and develop our internal recruitment database and website job postings.
- Maintain our third-party recruitment software accounts.
- Ensure correct certification for sourced candidates.
- Act as a liaison for client queries
Key skills and experience
- Proficient in following and applying established procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong organisational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Recruitment experience preferred.
