Sitting within EQ Group’s UK Shareholder Services Operations (UKSS) division, the Banking Services team provides EQ Group with operational management of banking relationships, payment and banking platforms and channels, including the governance and maintenance of bank accounts. The Banking Services team own the relationship with the banks that EQ works with and is central in providing banking services support to our internal EQ operational teams. Day to day, a Banking Administrator / Senior Administrator is responsible for completing their assigned processes and services, ensuring that their work meets Service Level Agreements (SLA) and appropriate Quality targets. Depending on experience and capability, the role may also act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead specific processes, services, or projects. Ideally, the successful applicant should have proficiency in a range of technical processes or procedures through related training and work experience, though full on-the-job training will be provided. Our roles are primarily office based; Our office is based in Worthing and the successful applicant will be expected to work from this location. Understand your tasks on a detailed technical level (training will be provided).
