We are looking for a skilled Part-Time Administrator to join the sales team to support with various administrative tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in order processing, obtaining supplier prices, and handling general administrative responsibilities. Effective communication with both suppliers and colleagues is crucial to ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage orders efficiently and accurately.
- Obtain and update supplier prices to ensure accurate product costing.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document organisation.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to gather necessary information and maintain positive relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate seamless workflow and information exchange.
- Assist in maintaining organized records and documentation.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in order processing and supplier communication.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Our client is initially looking for someone to join their operations working 3-4 hours per day, Monday to Thursday. They are flexible with regards to the hours you work each day, however these must be inside the core office hours of (Apply online only).
