Our client is looking for a good Administrator to work within their Post Room. You will be working in a busy department within a small team where you will be required to unpack delicate deliveries and log the contents on the system. This Admin / Post Room role will require a good attention to detail and confident data entry skills. You will also be required to distribute mail and deliveries to different teams in the building.
The Post Room Admin Role
This is a busy Admin role where you will be required to unpack deliveries/post of expensive parts and log the details on the company database as well as ensuring that the post gets to the correct department. You will also be required to deal with outgoing post including packing and dispatching products. You will be working within a small team who have a great care to detail due to the value of items being handled.
The ideal Post Room Admin
Previous experience in a similar admin / Post Room role is ideal but they will also consider someone who has retail stock room experience. You will need to have good levels of concentration and have a good eye for detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team are vital. The ability to work to strict deadlines is essential. You will be Computer Literate and enjoy being busy.
