REED are working with a successful organisation in North Walsham who are passionate about delivering the best service levels to their clients, recruiting for the position of Receptionist/ Administrator to join their team on a Permanent basis.
You will be responsible for:
Greeting Visitors in Reception
Signing visitors in/out and logging accordingly
Handling telephone enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Assisting the Facilities coordinator with general administrative tasks
Ensuring the Reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times
Ensuring Health and safety at all times
Supporting with preparation of meeting rooms including refreshments
Dealing with the post
Receiving orders and passing onto the relevant department
Other duties as required
What is required
Existing Reception/Administrative experience
A friendly and professional telephone manner
Presentable appearance
Organisation skills and excellent time management
Team working
Strong literacy and numeracy skills
IT skills including use of Microsoft office
Package
Salary of £23,000 - £26,000(full time equivalent)
