Contract Personnel Norwich, are recruiting on behalf of their City based client who are looking for an Admin Receptionist to join their friendly and dynamic team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will come from an administrative background with front of house experience that can transfer onto their Reception area and be a pivotal first point of contact for incoming clients.
Because you will be the first-person clients will see, it is imperative that you are outgoing, approachable, understanding and ready to go out of your way to ensure everyone s experience is unique and positive.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Making appointments and taking payments
- Contacting clients by phone and email
- Answering the phone and responding to email s
- Diary scheduling and oversight
- Maintaining financial records and cashing up end of day
- Light cleaning
- Monitoring and updating web information
- Posting social media
- Data entry skills
- Filing
- Reviewing and updating policies
- Stock management
- Liaising with external providers
- Managing advertising campaigns
- Implementing marketing strategy
Desired personal skills, not limited to:
- Strong written English (professional emails and letters)
- Skills to manage a database (specific software training is provided)
- Previous customer facing reception experience
- Strong PC skills
- Reliable and prompt
- High degree of attention to detail
- Co-operative attitude and desire to work within a team
- Excellent verbal communication
- Ability to establish strong client relationships
- Professional presentation
- Assured and professional telephone manner
Hours and Days of work (non-negotiable due to business needs)
Monday 7.00am 6.00pm
Tuesday 7.30am 1.30pm
Wednesday 7.00am 6.15pm
Thursday Day Off
Friday 7.00am 6.15pm
Saturday 7.30am 12.45pm
