Contract: Permanent, Monday – Friday, up to 35 hours
Verus Recruitment is excited to assist a Sheffield-based accountancy practice in hiring an Administrator/Receptionist to enhance their team. We seek a candidate with prior experience in a similar role, eager to contribute to the ongoing success of the business.
This full-time position, Monday to Friday, offers up to 35 hours weekly, and we are open to considering candidates seeking fewer hours.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Manage incoming telephone calls efficiently.
- Handle correspondence and type documents as needed.
- Perform data input tasks accurately.
- Manage post duties, including sorting and distributing mail.
- Organise and maintain filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
- Assist in maintaining databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide administrative support to partners and staff members in the office.
