We are currently seeking a dedicated School Receptionist to join a Reading based team!
Temporary position Until end of term (July)
£11-£12/hr
Monday to Friday
8.30am - 3.30pm
As a School Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing clerical, pupil, attendance, and reception support services for the school.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include
- Undertaking reception duties,
- Providing clerical support,
- Dealing with correspondence,
- Financial administration,
- Maintaining pupil records,
- Processing admission forms,
- Administering first aid,
- Reporting safeguarding issues.
Pupil services support
- Administering school meals
- Assisting with medical inspections
- Maintaining registers for school clubs.
- Attendance support where you will record and monitor pupil attendance, liaise with parents and school staff, and work to improve pupil attendance.
