SalaryWe are working with a lovely school in Winnersh, Berkshire who are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator. This role is to provide efficient, effective and confidential support to the school.
This role is term time only + 5 INSET days, 37 hours a week.
To provide a full range of reception support including:
Meet all visitors to the school, deal with general enquiries by telephone and in person from parents, pupils, students, and outside agencies.
Taking messages and referring matters which are not if a routine nature to the appropriate person.
Assist with pupil welfare matters, including contacting parents as requested by members of staff.
Provide clerical and administrative support to staff, to include photocopying and distribution of information, filing and email.
Management of main school email address, promptly forwarding messages to the appropriate member of staff and responding in a timely manner.
Maintaining all records for pupils including updating contact details, medical information, and free school meal information.
Escorting and collecting children to/from classes.
Produce standard letters and memos as directed.
Record keeping and filing.
Supporting in the provision of First Aid.
Ensure GDPR compliance and raise concerns to School Business Manager.
