Our client, an industry leading design and manufacturing company, are looking for an Administrator to work closely with and support the Sales Team, maintaining accurate records, managing and streamlining procedures and providing exceptional care to colleagues and clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Onboarding new team members. Setting up profiles on HR/Sales databases and creating Outlook accounts.
- Managing team holiday and sickness trackers.
- Managing departmental commissions and expenses.
- Managing departmental vehicles and mobile devices, phones, tablets etc.
- Ensuring timely renewal and accurate submission of sub-contract agreements.
- Managing the relationship with HR, IT and Telephony contractors to address issues in-line with SLA's and minimise team downtime.
- Support consultants with the use of departmental CRM's and management of their workloads.
In addition, you will provide administrative support to the Sales Directors as needed, assisting with New Business sales pitches and growing client databases.
Demonstrable experience in a similar administration/customer service role in a fast-paced ever changing environment is essential. As is your ability to prioritise your workload according to business needs and remain customer focused.
You must be fully IT literate and have experience with CRM systems, enjoy problem solving, be proactive and be comfortable communicating with colleagues and clients of all levels.
This is a fully office-based role, Monday-Friday, core hours are 9am-5pm however some flexibility may be needed.
