Summary of theAdministrator / Scannerrole
Salary: GBP11.57 per hour
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Temp to perm
Hours: Part time, Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6 hours a day
The role
As the Administrator / Scanner your role will involve the following important duties:
- Scanning of daily post.
- Administration support.
- Set up clients on computer software.
- Reception cover where necessary.
- Ordering and managing stationery supplies.
- Manage petty cash.
The experience required
As a successful Administrator / Scanner, you will have the following:
- Strong Administration skills with previous office experience.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
