£10.92 per hour
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
10 week temporary role to start ASAP
Job Overview:
To provide high quality administrative and operational support to the team with a focus on Social Media and website workstreams.
- To provide administrative support to the team, focusing on the CRM and Social Media / email marketing platforms.
- Register enquiries on to the CRM system
- Dealing with inbound or in-person enquiries
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Accurately maintaining a finance tracker for the department
- Support the weekly maintenance of digital content, including sourcing news and events and uploading case studies
- Scheduling Social Media posts
- Monitor and report on email marketing campaigns
- Create and send out weekly news letters with details of new events and the latest news
Skills:
- 5 GCSEs Grade C or above including Maths and English. (Essential)
- Excellent communication skills (Essential)
- Experience or an interest in Social Media and marketing (desirable)
- Experience of data entry and the use of computer software, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. (Essential)
- A marketing/Social Media/website content qualification or similar training/development. (Desirable)
- Previous administration experience working as a team and independently (Essential)
