We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This position is essential to provide both administrative and operational tasks.
Day to Day of the role:- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communication.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and records as required.
- Communication Liaison:
- Liaising with other departments within the organisation.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and other external parties as needed.
- Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve operational issues
- Provide timely solutions to challenges that may arise on a day-to-day basis
- GCE or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in administrative support
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
