You will be joining a team that specialises in debt recovery and reinforcement. Duties of the role: Action the correct documentation and paperwork when required Handle customer's queries via emails and post Liaise with third parties to obtain relevant information Follow up and process outstanding payments Other ad hoc duties may be required Experience required: Previous administrative experience is required Knowledge of using all Microsoft packages including Excel Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal Have outstanding attention to detail and show initiative Please get in touch with Fran Curtis at Dynamite Recruitment for more information, alternatively apply with your CV.
