Administrator -Temporary

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Macildowie are currently recruiting for a temporary Receptionist working for a business based in Leicester City Centre.
This is a full time position for a week working Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday is 9am - 1pm
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administration
Invoicing
Booking travel and accommodation
Assisting covering reception and switchboard.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
It would be of a benefit if you have switchboard experience but it is essential that you have reception experience and be immediately available.
