Our client is a Suffolk based Civils and Utilities company. They provide services to the water industry and are currently looking to recruit an administrator to join their project delivery team. The role is a hybrid role with office visits to their premises near Stowmarket, Suffolk.
ROLE:
- Creating documentation to be issued to site, including work instructions
- Liaising with technical departments and assist, where necessary
- Completing and issuing whereabouts documents to relevant departments and external customers
- Chase paperwork from clients and asset owners
- Ensure systems are kept up to date
- Completing and submitting paperwork to relevant personnel
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
- Create and maintain weekly/monthly reports
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
- Create road opening notice permits for works within the highway and public areas
- Complete opening and closing permits
- Programme works for Multi Utility Teams as per Customer requests
CANDIDATE:
- Experience in NRSWA/permits preferred
- Experienced administrative background
- A strong communicator across all internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive approach to solving problems and seeking information is required
- Good experience and working knowledge of using Microsoft programs including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Committed to high quality customer service with a positive approach to all stakeholders
- Dedicated to providing high quality administrative support and project coordination
- A team player with the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and plan to meet tight deadlines to achieve required targets is essential
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
