We are looking for a 3-month temporary Administrator to support our client's Customer Service team in Stowmarket. Start as soon as Monday!
Location: Stowmarket
Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension
Salary: £12-£13 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Logging Breakdowns and Faults:
- Monitor incoming requests related to electric vehicle (EV) charging points.
- Log breakdowns, faults, and service requests promptly in the Salesforce CRM system.
- Prioritise and categorise issues based on urgency and severity.
- Customer Communication:
- Communicate with customers via email.
- Provide updates on the status of their cases, including estimated resolution times.
- Address any customer inquiries or concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and any additional information in the CRM system.
- Generate reports as needed for management review.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers after issue resolution to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a technical support or Customer Service role preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Any relevant certifications related to EV charging systems would be advantageous but not essential.
