About the role
The chosen candidate will handle Lease Compliance, Sales & Resales, Right-to-buy applications, and sublets. They'll manage pre-assignment, re-mortgage enquiries, and Alterations applications. Additionally, they'll investigate ASB complaints and conduct home visits for leak inspections. This comprehensive role ensures they play a vital part in maintaining property quality and compliance.

About the team
The Leasehold compliance team comprises four members, consisting of a manager and three dedicated Leasehold officers. Together, they form a proficient and cohesive unit, ensuring effective oversight and management of leasehold properties.
