Are you a Technical Sales or Business Development professional, with experience in Sheet Metal and Fabrication, looking for the opportunity to use your skills and drive to play a key role in the success of this rapidly growing SME, where you will be duly rewarded with a generous Performance Bonus and enjoy a great degree of autonomy?

Do you want to be at the core of this business's ambitious growth strategy, where you will work closely with the Founder and Managing Director, securing new business and managing current client relationships, with the opportunity to lead Business Development across multiple sites in the coming years?

On offer is the opportunity to join a small but growing Sheet Metal and Fabrication company, where you will use your skills in Technical Sales and Business Development to drive growth and be rewarded accordingly. You will work remotely, travelling across the UK to liaise with clients and secure new work, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

The Role:

• Highly autonomous, working remotely and travelling to client sites across the UK
• 50/50 split between New Business and Current Client account management
• Provide on-site support during estimating, quoting, and project delivery
• Report directly to Managing Director, via phone or video calls, on a regular basis
• Progression to leadership of Business Development team

The Person:

• Experience in Sheet Metal and Fabrication engineering environment
• Any experience with Business Development for manufacturing
• Driving License
