Business Development Manager - Poole - up to £45,000 DOE

What you'll be doing:
An exciting position has arisen developing and implementing Business Development and sales strategies by identifying new business opportunities, actively and successfully managing the Business Development process, lead generation and client problems solving.

What we're looking for:
- Strong commercial background and experience in the construction industry would be beneficial.
- Ability to negotiate and manoeuvre situations for a positive outcome.
- Strong Business Development and client management skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including presentations packages.
- Confident negotiation skills and success in the Business Development field.
Hours & Benefits:
- 40 Hours per week Monday to Friday
