About the role
The Leasehold Support Officer role at Haringey Council is a critical position responsible for supporting the Homeownership department. You will play a key role in organising and coordinating operations for the team, ensuring smooth and effective workflow. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the organisation.

Our Homeownership department is made up of four specialist leasehold teams. We emphasise teamwork, attention to detail, and effective communication. Together, we play a vital role in supporting the company’s operations and achieving its goals. With a shared commitment to excellence, we proactively handle a wide range of tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and an excellent customer service to our leaseholders.
About you
We are seeking a proactive individual with a strong drive to excel in administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will showcase a solid foundation in the principles of effective customer service. They will demonstrate impeccable written and verbal communication skills, consistently upholding a standard of professionalism in all interactions. Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, will be essential in efficiently managing tasks and facilitating seamless communication within the team.
In addition, the candidate should possess exceptional organizational prowess, adeptly handling multiple tasks and prioritizing them for optimal efficiency. Their demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion will be a cornerstone of their success in this role, ensuring the smooth and secure functioning of administrative processes.
