As an Administrative Support Officer within our Damp and Mould Team, you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative assistance to the team members and ensuring efficient operations within the department. This role involves specific duties related to supporting the damp and mould team, as well as broader Administrative Support tasks linked to complaints and major works domains.

Role Profile
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and databases related to damp and mould cases, including resident information, work progress, and outcomes.
- Coordinate communication between team members, residents, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective information flow.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, site visits, and meetings for team members, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Prepare and distribute documentation, reports, and correspondence as required by the team, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide administrative assistance in managing complaints related to damp and mould issues, including logging complaints, tracking progress, and maintaining complaint records.
- Liaise with relevant departments and personnel to ensure complaints are addressed promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the process.
- Assist in compiling data and information for complaint resolution reports, contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the organization.
- Support the major works team with administrative tasks related to project planning, implementation, and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining project files, budgets, and schedules, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
- Coordinate communication with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and timely completion.
- Provide general Administrative Support to the department, including answering phones, responding to emails, filing documents, and managing office supplies.
- Assist with organizing meetings, training sessions, and events, coordinating logistics and providing Administrative Support as needed.
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by the department manager or senior team members, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team.
