SalaryOne of our local authority clients are currently recruiting for a Business Support Officer. This is a temporary contract for 2 months with possible further extension based on budget and performance.
Main Purpose of Post/Job Summary
The post-holder will be working within the Deprivation of Liberty team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To provide high quality, consistent, efficient and effective support services within agreed timescales.
- To support various operational and business management teams.
- To provide minute-taking support to various service areas (desirable but training can be provided).
- To support diary management, including planning and facilitating meetings and events.
- To undertake any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of this post.
- To deliver support services that ensure high customer satisfaction.
- To work effectively as a member of the Business Support Team and collaborate with colleagues where required.
