Internal Sales Administrator-Haverhill-£26,000
We are currently seeking a Internal Sales Administrator on behalf of our client based in Haverhill! This role is perfect for someone with previous office administration experience, that loves providing first class customer service and working with numbers!
Salary: £26k
Hours: 08:30am-17:00pm (Monday-Friday)
Holiday: 21 days holiday + bank holidays
Job responsibilities:
- To put together accurate quotations of products and projects for customers, ensuring quotes are aligned with pricing structures.
- Handle any incoming customer enquiries, ensuring you have great product knowledge to best assist.
- Proactively follow up on quotations sent to customers, obtaining feedback and maintaining a log of all quotations.
- Work with internal departments to ensure customers are receiving the best service possible.
- General Administration duties including updating and maintaining customer information and records.
What are we looking for?
- Comprehensive Office Administration experience with good proven Excel skills.
- Highly Numerate with excellent attention to detail.
- Willingness to understand the product portfolio and production system
- Customer oriented with brilliant communication skills.
- Team player with ability to meet deadlines.
