HRGO are recruiting for an administrator in Ellesmere Port for our fantastic manufacturing client. They are experiencing significant growth and need a new administrator to join their friendly team!
Location: Ellesmere Port
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-4pm
Job Title: Administrator
Pay: £12 per hour, paid weekly
Responsibilities
- Working alongside production manager to complete all administration for the production department
- Coordinating production schedule
- Organisation of maintenance and calibration schedule
- Sales and order processing
- Customer liaison with processing orders
- Customer service, keeping customers updated on their order progress
- Producting batch sheets, printing labels, arranging transport
What you will need
- Previous experience in an administration position is essential
- Previous experience in a similar production administrative role is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team
- Proactive and engaged
